Registration
Please note that the submission MUST be done by the person who will present the paper and will be shown as the first author. Each submitted paper needs to be covered by one unique registration (e.g., For two submitted papers,two separate registrations must be submitted). Registration fees should be paid for each paper presented. The fees are as follows:

Transfer costs (e.g., credit card fees, etc.) are not included in the registration fee and are paid by the delegate.
The registration fee includes coffee breaks, light lunches, the gala dinner and conference material (book of abstracts, conference proceedings, programme, etc).
The payment of the registration fees can be made by bank transfer to one of the following accounts of the Hellenic Operational Research Society:

When you make the bank transfer, please ensure that your name appears on the payment, with reference to the Conference (e.g., Papadopoulos K, HELORS-2023) and that the payment is net of any bank charges.
The receipt of the payment should be sent to the Secretariat of HELORS by email (eeee@otenet.gr) or fax (+30-210-3807807). For further information about the registration fee payment, please contact the Secretariat of HELORS.
Cancellation policy: The registration of participation is binding. Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellations received before June 14 2023 are subject to a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be paid after June 14 2023.
